SkillzClub is an SMI model that provides employment placement, entry level industry skills, and mentoring to Fast Break graduates by:

• Placing graduates in jobs that match their interests and aptitudes
• Providing human resource support and serving as a Temp-to-Perm agency that eliminates employer risk during the first year of employment
• Working with employers to provide job specific entry-level SkillzCredential to quantify competencies
• Providing graduates with ongoing mentoring through the first year of employment to ensure continued personal accountablity, skills growth, and employer satisfaction
• Facilitate continuing education for graduates through apprenticeships, credentialing or college enrollment that aligns with employer/employee career goals
